We have enjoyed living at The Harmony for the past two years and are very pleased with the level of care provided by our Property Manager/Caretaker, Grant. He has proven to be responsible, attentive, respectful and consistently reliable. The shared spaces are always well maintained, reflecting his commitment to the property and its residents.

I have lived in this Harmony since it first opened and have proudly called it home for over two years. The property is consistently well-maintained, clean, and ideally located in Langford, with major retailers, the Galloping Goose Trail, and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. My unit was spacious, bright, and perfectly situated on the sixth floor, with a great view overlooking Veterans Memorial Parkway. Both the Building Manager and the Property Management Group do an excellent job working together to ensure the building runs smoothly and that tenants feel supported. They are responsive, professional, and always willing to help, though concerns are rare because the property is well managed. I am currently moving, but only because my needs have changed and I require a larger home. Otherwise, I would have happily stayed and continued calling this place home. I highly recommend both the building and the Property Management Group to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Both Ilana the property manager and Grant the caretaker have been such wonderful and kind people to work with. I have zero complaints about the time spent living here. If our pups hadn't out grown the place and needed a yard of their own we would have stayed.

I had a great experience living here. The staff are kind and approachable. One time I needed a measuring tape and the office helped me right away. They were accommodating and easy to deal with. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The elevator, stairs, bike storage, and even the storage area in Basement 2 are all kept in good condition. Overall, a well managed place with helpful staff.

I absolutely love living at Harmony! My daily life has become so much more convenient since moving here. My favorite part is the bright, airy feel of the apartment and the beautiful views from the balcony. One of the best aspects of living at The Harmony is the fact that the Property Caretaker Grant is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the building is always clean and tidy. Grant is always available to help whenever needed. His response time is amazing. He always makes sure he greets everyone, which is super positive, too. We are lucky and grateful to have him here.

The building is always clean, quiet, and secure, making it a peaceful and safe environment for families and individuals alike. The management team ILANA and GRANT is incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and they truly care about the comfort and satisfaction of their residents.
